INTRODUCING THE FROGS SQUAD'S 'PLATANA' FILMING BARGE

The 'Platana' is the latest barge built by the Frog Squad, for film work in Southern Africa.
The barge is designed to float in shallow water and be easily launched from a trailor at any location.
The platform gives users a 2.5m x 7.5m working area and comes with its own gantry for lifting or rigging lights.
The name Platana come from the Bull Frog that expands it's chest, the barge too is able to expand, by pulling 4 pins, our clever design allows the barge to become a pontoon catamaran 5m x 7.5m with a 2.5m x 7.5m gap between pontoons to lift heavy moorings, anchors or blocks up to 1500Kg.
